Johnson Family Agent is a private personal-use application for household coordination. This policy explains how it handles Google account information for explicitly authorized users.
The app may access email information from Gmail accounts that an authorized user has explicitly connected. Gmail access is read-only. The app does not use Gmail permissions to send, delete, modify, or move email.
Email information is used only to support household coordination features, such as identifying family-related schedules, reminders, school or childcare information, and other household logistics.
Information needed for the app's household coordination functions may be stored in private Google Cloud resources controlled by the app owner. Access is limited to the authorized household and the services required to operate the app.
Google user data is not sold. It is not used for advertising, ad targeting, or marketing profiles. The app does not make Google user data available to unrelated third parties.
The app uses authenticated Google APIs and private cloud infrastructure. OAuth credentials and tokens are treated as secrets and are not intended to be publicly exposed.
An authorized user can revoke the app's Google account access at any time through their Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future access to that Google account.
